^{Located on a working farm, the detached barn conversion is a mere few hundred yards from the Ribblehead Viaduct. The cottage has been recently refurbished and boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside including breathtaking views of the Three Peaks, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.}

^{Taking advantage of the breathtaking scenery, the cottage features an upside down layout, with a first floor sitting room with woodburner in a feature fireplace, a games room on the landing area, a bridge over the ground floor landing area and two bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious galleried central dining room with adjoining kitchen and snug, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.}

^{Completely rebuilt in 2011, the project involved working closely with the National Park Authority to ensure that the original character of the barn was retained.  Furnished and styled throughout to a very high standard, the barn provides a first class holiday home in a stunning location.}

^{Rebuilding the cottage using existing stone, some of the individual styling features include exposed stone walls, original oak beams and a central stone arch separating the kitchen from the main dining room. The cottage also boasts modern appliances such as the eco-friendly geothermal underfloor heating system. Outside, the cottage benefits from spacious gardens and a hot tub adding to the allure and luxury of this stunning holiday retreat.}
